摘  要:某660 MW新建机组投运后,主蒸汽管道支吊架吊杆出现偏斜度超标问题,通过现场吊架检验及热位移记录分析,明确了限位装置预留间隙是导致吊杆发生偏斜的主要原因,管道应力计算结果表明,该缺陷会对炉左过热器集箱出口的端口推力和推力矩产生不利影响。通过采取重新设置偏装以及调整支吊架安装间隙等措施,全部支吊架恢复正常工作状态。In view of the defects of the large deflection of the hanger rod of the mainsteam pipe of a new 660 MW new set and the defects of some other supporting hangers,the main cause of the abnormal thermal displacement fault is clear by the inspection ofthe site installation state and the record of the thermal displacement, and the fault to theleft of the furnace is clearly defined through the calculation of the stress of the pipe. Theport thrust/thrust moment of the outlet of the superheater is adversely affected, and finallythe normal working state of all the hangers is restored through a comprehensive andmeticulous supporting frame.
