摘　　要：储罐区VOCs治理主要采用油气回收技术,包括油气收集系统和末端油气回收装置。结合案例,通过对石油化工含苯储罐的特点进行分析,设计一种油气收集及回收系统工艺流程,确定工艺参数,重点解决油气收集的压力控制和安全控制的难题,提高了系统稳定性和安全性。The main treatment of VOCs for storage tanks is oil/gas recovery technology,including oil/gas collection systems and terminal oil/gas recovery devices.In combination with the case,with the analysis of the characteristics of petrochemical benzene storage tanks,a process flow for oil/gas collection and recovery systems is designed.Process parameters are determined.The process focuses on solving the problems of pressure control and safety control of oil/gas collection,improving the stability and security of the system.
