摘　　要：结合长庆油田开发后期的生产实际,采取稳油控水的技术措施,优化油田采油工程技术措施,提高油田的开采程度,达到提高油田采收率的管理目标。尽可能采取节能降耗的技术措施,降低采油生产成本,才能达到油田开发的经济效益指标。Combining with the actual production in the later stage of development of Changqing Oilfleld,technical measures for oil stabilization and water control were adopted to optimize the technical measures for oil fleld oil recovery engineering and improve the oil fleld’s production level so as to achieve the goal of improving the oil recovery factor.As far as possible,technical measures for energy saving and consumption reduction are adopted to reduce the production cost of oil production in order to achieve economic efflciency indicators for oilfleld development.
