摘　　要：静电除雾器(ESP)是三元复合驱表活剂装置中尾气处理单元中重要的环保设备,它是将高压整流供电装置产生的负高压施加于ESP的电晕极上,使电晕极与集尘极之间产生一个巨大的不均匀的高压电场,当夹带酸滴的尾气经过电场时,酸滴被吸附在电极上,在重力的作用下流入下部集液桶中。静电除雾器的工作状态影响着外排尾气的指标,是重要的环保设备。静电除雾器主要构件吊锤吊丝的使用寿命,严重制约着装置的长周期运行状态。Electrostatic demister（ESP）is an important environmental protection device in the exhaust gas treatment unit of the ternary compound drive surface active device.It applies the negative high voltage generated by the high voltage rectiflcation power supply device to the corona pole of ESP to make electricity.A large,non-uniform,high-voltage electric fleld is generated between the halo pole and the collector pole.When the tail gas passing through the acid droplet passes through the electric fleld,the acid droplet is adsorbed on the electrode and flows into the lower collection drum under the action of gravity.The working status of the electrostatic defogger affects the indicators of the external exhaust gas and is an important environmental protection device.The service life of the hanging wire of the main component of electrostatic demister severely restricts the long-period running state of the device.
