摘　　要：锅炉给水系统除氧量不合格,原因是:蒸汽压力不稳,不能满足除氧温度要求;除氧器内配件损坏及除氧器设计与使用不匹配等原因。通过技术改造稳定蒸汽压力、采用封堵除氧头喷淋头完善设备性能,改造除氧头水封,修复维护取样器冷却系统,减少分析误差提高操作人员技能,规范除氧器操作稳定水位(蒸汽)压力等措施,将锅炉进水除氧量控制在100μg/L以下,确保锅炉给水除氧量100%合格。The oxygen removal rate of the boiler feedwater system is unqualifled.The reason is that the steam pressure is unstable and cannot meet the oxygen removal temperature requirements; the internal parts of the deaerator are damaged and the design and use of the deaerator are not matched.Stabilize steam pressure through technological transformation,use plugging and deaerator heads to perfect equipment performance,modify deaerator head water seals,repair and maintain sampler cooling system,reduce analysis errors,improve operator skills,and standardize desorber operation to stabilize water level（Steam）pressure and other measures to control the oxygen removal rate of the boiler water below 100ug/L to ensure that the boiler feedwater is 100% oxygen-removed.
