摘 要:以橙汁和乙二胺为碳源,采用一步水热法合成了水溶性好、荧光性能稳定的碳点。在碳点溶液中加入Hg2+后其荧光强度明显降低,发生猝灭现象,根据这种现象,建立了一种有效地测定水溶液中Hg2+的方法。结果表明,在pH为10的PBS缓冲溶液中,以360nm为激发波长,449nm为发射波长测定体系的荧光强度,当Hg2+浓度在4~32μmol/L时,碳点的荧光猝灭程度与Hg2+浓度表现出良好的线性。该方法可操作性强,准确度和选择性高。Using orange juice and ethylenediamine as carbon sources,carbon dotswith good water solubility and fluorescence stability were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method.The fluorescence intensity of Hg^2+ in carbon point solution decreased obviously and quenched.According to this phenomenon,an effective method for the determination of Hg^2+ in aqueous solution was established.The results show that the fluorescence intensity of the system is measured by 360 nm excitation wavelength and 449 nm emission wavelength in PBS buffer solution with pH 10.The fluorescence quenching degree of the carbon dot shows good linearity with the concentration of Hg^2+ when the concentration of Hg2+ is 4-32 micromol/L.The method is highly operational,accurate and selective.
