摘　　要：安捷伦气相色谱仪7890A为炼厂气分析所用仪器,所提供数据对指导公司各车间调整技术参数至关重要,由于厂家对仪器配用的部分色谱柱填充固定相保密,色谱柱失效后只能从厂家订购新的色谱柱,订货周期长,费用昂贵。基于此,寻找新的固定相填充色谱柱有着实际意义,经过实验和比对,GDX(高分子多孔微球)作为固定相的色谱填充柱可替代原安捷伦气相色谱仪配用的色谱填充柱,且具有廉价、稳定性好、分析准确等特点。Agilent Gas Chromatograph 7890A is used for refinery gas analysis.The data provided is important for guiding the company’s various workshops to adjust the technical parameters.Because the column is flxed by the manufacturer for the column,the column is not safe.The ability to order new columns from the manufacturer is long and expensive.Based on this,it is practical to flnd a new stationary phase packed column.After experiment and comparison,GDX（Polymer Microspheres）can be used as a stationary phase chromatography packed column to replace the chromatographic packed column of the original Agilent gas chromatograph.It has the characteristics of low cost,good stability and accurate analysis.
