摘 要:目的 :分析四逆汤配伍作用的化学及药效学。方法 :以分组研究的方式,将不同配伍的四逆汤3种有机成分、5种无机元素指标等进行对照分析,明确四逆汤配伍作用的化学及药效学价值。结果 :甘草剂量增加的情况,四逆汤中3种乌头生物碱含量也会发生显著变化,呈现出不断下降的趋势。同时不同配伍方式下四逆汤中无机元素含量未见显著差异,但是煎出率会随着中药味、药量的增加而呈现出下降的趋势。结论 :四逆汤配伍中所应用的药材量会直接影响整体的药物应用效果,但是对无机元素含量的影响相对较小。Objective :To analyze the chemical and pharmacodynamics of the compatibility of Sini Decoction.Methods :Three kinds of organic components and flve inorganic element indexes of different compatibility Sini decoction were analyzed by group research to determine the chemical and pharmacodynamic value of the compatibility of Sini Decoction.RESULTS: In the case of increased dose of licorice,the contents of three aconitine alkaloids in Sini Decoction also changed signiflcantly,showing a decreasing trend.At the same time,there was no signiflcant difference in the content of inorganic elements in Sini Decoction under different compatibility methods,but the decoction rate showed a downward trend with the increase of TCM flavor and dosage.Conclusion :The amount of medicinal materials used in the combination of Sini Decoction will directly affect the overall drug application effect,but the effect on the inorganic element content is relatively small.
