摘　　要：海上平台橇块总包项目的特点是"短""平""快",加强过程质量管理就显得更加重要。从事前、事中、事后,针对橇块总包项目开工前准备、原材料管理、产品制造过程控制、FAT等环节提出具体的过程质量控制措施,为橇块总包项目质量管理提供借鉴。The characteristics of offshore platform skid block general contract project are “short” , “flat” , “fast”.It is more important to strengthen process quality management.This paper puts forward speciflc process quality from the aspects of pre-construction preparation,raw material management,product manufacturing process control,FAT and so on.The control measures provide reference for the quality management of the skid block package project.
