保湿性敷料覆盖肉芽创面自体微粒皮移植术治疗深度烧伤创面临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨保湿性敷料覆盖肉芽创面自体微粒皮移植术治疗深度烧伤创面的疗效。方法:80例深度烧伤患者,随机分为观察组72例,对照组8例。观察组采用保湿性敷料覆盖肉芽创面自体微粒皮移植术进行治疗,对照组采用生物敷料覆盖削痂植皮术进行治疗。比较两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间和愈合率;观察记录两组患者治疗情况及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.22%,对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);10d创面愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组上皮组织完全覆盖创面时间、住院时间及疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:深度烧伤患者应用保湿性敷料覆盖肉芽创面自体微粒皮移植术效果显著,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。ObjectiveTo study Analysis of the clinical application of the skin grafting for deep burn wound with moisturizing dressing. Methods：80 cases of deep burn patients admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects. There were 72 cases in the observation group and 8 in the control group. The observation group was treated with a moisturizing dressing covering the skin grafting of granuloma, and the control group was treated with a biologic dressing to cover the skin grafting. The efficacy, wound healing time and healing rate of the two groups were compared. The treatment and complications of the two groups were observed. Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%, and that of the control group was 75.00% （ P 〈0.05）. The wound healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The wound healing rate on day 10 was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The time of complete epithelium coverage wound, length of hospitalization and pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05）. The observed complication rate was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Applying moisturizing dressing to cover granulation wound with autologous microne skin grafting in deep burn patients has remarkable effect and few complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
