摘  要:采用母液循环法,以六水氯化镁和氨水为原料,一步制备出具有纤维形貌、结晶较好的碱式氯化镁。应用热重分析、XRD、双通道离子色谱等手段对产物组成和结构进行测试与表征,确定所制备的产品为F5形碱式氯化镁5Mg(OH)_2·MgCl_2·8H_2O。应用扫描电镜对产物形貌进行分析,结果显示产品直径约为100 nm~150 nm,长径比50左右,形貌规则均一。在对母液进行循环反应的过程中,考察了循环次数对产物组成、结构、形貌等方面的影响。研究发现母液循环法可以使碱式氯化镁总产率不断提高,但随循环次数的增加晶形逐渐劣化,母液循环两次为宜,总产率可从11. 5%提高到20. 2%。Basic magnesium chloride whisker was prepared by mother liquor circulation with MgCl2·6 H2O and ammonia water as raw material. The as-prepared products were characterized by thermo-gravimetric analysis,XRD and two-channel ion chromatography. The results indicated that the samples prepared by this method were F5 phase basic magnesium chloride,5 Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8 H_2O. SEM images showed that the samples diameter about 100 nm ~ 150 nm,L/D ratio was 50,and morphology uniform. During the cyclic reaction of mother liquid,we examined the influence of the composition,structure and morphology by different cycle times. The mother liquor circulation method can make the output rate increased,but with the increase of cycling times,the crystal shape is gradually deteriorated. The best cycle time is two,total yield can be increased from11. 5% to 20. 2%.
