摘 要:为了提高煤泥重介质旋流器设计计算和选型的便捷性,分别推算出旋流器直径与处理量、入料压力关系的表达式。采用国内常见煤泥重介质旋流器的设计参数拟合出对应的线性回归方程,通过线性回归方程对旋流器直径与处理量的关系式进行验证;推算出旋流器直径与入料压力关系式的常数项,并通过工业性试验对旋流器直径与入料压力的关系式进行验证。研究表明:推算的旋流器直径与处理量关系式、拟合的线性回归方程基本一致,可以较好地预测处理量;在试验条件下,依据推算的关系式调整入料压力,煤泥分选效果提高,故可以作为煤泥重介质旋流器设计计算和选型的依据。In order to facilitate design calculation and model selection of fine coal heavy medium cyclone, the equations expressing the relationship between cyclone diameter and cyclone capacity and working pressure are derived. The corresponding linear regression equation is obtained through fitting of the design parameters of the heavy medium cyclones commonly used domestically for treating fine sized coal, for verifying the correctness of the cyclone diameter-capacity relationship equation, and derivation of the constant terms of the expression of cyclone diameter-working pressure relation. The expression of cyclone diameter-working pressure is verified through industrial test. Study shows that: the result calculated using the diameter-capacity expression is basically the same as that calculated with the fitted linear regression equation, which can yield a better result when used for prediction of cyclone capacity; under testing conditions, an improved cyclone separating performance can be achieved through adjusting feed inlet pressure based on calculation data; and the result of study may serve as a basis for design calculation and model selection of fine coal heavy medium cyclone.
