摘  要:为了探究磺甲基化腐植酸分散剂对不同煤制备水煤浆的适应性,以其作为水煤浆分散剂分别对陕西榆林煤、新疆伊犁煤、陕西彬长煤、内蒙通辽煤的成浆性能进行研究。以水煤浆的表观黏度、流动性和稳定性作为试验指标,分析煤表面含氧官能团、亲疏水性、氧碳比与分散剂煤种的适应性的关系。试验结果表明,磺甲基化腐植酸分散剂更适用于陕西彬长煤。In order to investigate the adaptability of sulformethylated humic acid to preparation of coal water slurry (CWS) with different kinds of coal, test is made on the slurryability of CWS prepared with Yulin coal and Binchang coal of Shaanxi Province, Yili coal of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and Tongliao coal of Inner Mongolia, using sulformethylated humic acid (SHA) as dispersing agent. Based on the apparent viscosity, fluidity and stability of the CWS determined through test, an analysis is made of such factors as oxygen functional group on coal surface, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity and oxygen/carbon ratio in relation to adaptability of the dispersant. As evidenced by test result, SHA dispersing agent is more suitable for the preparation of CWS with Binchang coal of Shaanxi Province.
