摘 要:为了稳定并改善阳泉一矿选煤厂的产品质量,在对煤质分析的基础上,采用3510型弛张筛对原料煤进行预先脱粉,并将原料煤全部洗选。生产实践表明:在以3 mm作为分级粒度进行干法筛分时,3510型弛张筛的筛分效率为61. 75%,完全能够满足干法深度筛分的需求;在3510型弛张筛投入运行后,产品水分降低,其发热量提高,产品质量得到改善。In order to maintain and improve product quality of the plant, the scheme for washing unsized raw coal after extraction of coal fines with flip-flop screen is proposed following analysis of the raw coal property. Practice shows that when used for dry screening of raw coal at a size of 3 mm, the efficiency of the screen is 67.75%, which can fully meet the in-depth dry screening requirement. The use of the screen has led to reduction of moisture, increase of calorific value, and improved quality of products.
