煤泥两段浓缩两段回收在龙泉选煤厂的应用

摘　　要：为解决龙泉选煤厂煤泥脱水系统存在的问题,提出采用LWZ型沉降过滤式离心脱水机与压滤机进行联合脱水,实施了两段浓缩两段回收脱水工艺的改造,减少了压滤作业环节工作量,降低了中煤产品水分,提高了中煤发热量,提升了综合经济效益,对洗水深度澄清有着积极的作用。In order to solve the problem facing the plant＇s coal slime dewatering system, the combined dewatering process using LWZ solid-bowl centrifuge ＋ filter press is proposed. After application of the renovated 2-stage thickening and 2-stage dewatering combined process, there has been seen reduced workload of filter press, decreased moisture and increased calorific value of middlings product, and noticeably improved economic efficiency. The process plays a positive role in in-depth clarification of washwater.
