摘 要:在国家大力推动信息化和工业化深度融合的背景下,积极践行"两化"融合,建设智能选煤厂,实现提质增效是选煤行业的重要发展方向。在推进智能选煤厂建设的过程中,除了要考虑采用新设备、新技术、新工艺,改善选煤工艺,实施信息化、自动化工程外,选煤设备智能健康管理尤为重要。在物联网基础架构、互联网信息传输、工业云平台管理、大数据分析及智能专家诊断等技术手段的基础上,介绍了实现选煤设备智能健康管理的方案,以帮助选煤厂快速、经济地从信息化、自动化升级到智能化。Against the backdrop of in-depth integration of informationization and industrialization, to actively practice the integration and building of smart Coal preparation plant to realize improvement of product quality and operating efficiency has become an important developing direction of coal preparation sector. In the process for the development of smart coal preparation plant, a part from the due considerations that should be given to the use of new equipment and technologies, upgrading of coal washing processes, and realization of information-based automated operations, to effect washing equipment intelligent health management is of particular importance. An introduction is made in the paper to the schemes adopted for practicing this management mode by applying the IOT framework-based technical means, including Internet information transmission, industrial cloud management platform, big data analysis and intelligent expert diagnosis, among others, so as to help upgrade the information-based automated plant to become an intelligent one, in a rapid and cost-effective manner.
