台湾经验对温州西部生态休闲产业带建设的启示

摘　　要：党的十九大提出乡村振兴战略，温州市委市政府结合乡村振兴战略实施西部生态休闲产业带建设的重大发展任务。本文参照台湾乡村旅游与休闲农业的成功经验，借鉴其主要做法，提出温州生态休闲产业带建设的几点建议：一是完善工作机制，强化担当问贵；二是资金投入上，以所在村集体投入为主，可适当引入社会资金为辅，不提倡整村外包方式；三是注重循序渐进；四是注重乡村旅游人才培养；五是要有可持续的后续管理手段。Based on the strategy of rural revitalization, Wenzhou government implements the important development task of ecological leisure industry area construction in the west of Wenzhou in combination with rural rejuvenation strategy. This paper refers to the successful experience and main practices of rural tourism and leisure agriculture in Taiwan to expound the concept and characteristics of ecological leisure industry, puts forward some suggestions which Wenzhou should pay more attention to in the construction of ecological leisure industry area in the near future.
