温州非国有博物馆发展现状及对策

摘　　要：通过调研温州地区非国有博物馆的现状，发现资金、场地和相关政策等问题。结合相关研究，发现已有宏观对策不易操作，另从网络数字化建设、微信等宣传推广、成立协会、与基础教育合作提供公共文化服务等微观角度提出对策。Non-state-owned museums （or private museums） are investigated in Wenzhou region, and problems are found in funds, sites, government policies, and so on. Since existing countermeasures in macro visions are hard to practice for individuals, this study puts forward easy-handling strategies in micro visions to solve those problems for non-state-owned museums, such as digitization and networked construction, public promotion by Wechat, establishment of association, and supply of public cultural service by cooperating with elementary education, etc.,
