平欧榛杂交组合后代的果实性状分离及优良单株的筛选

摘  要:试验以4个组合46株平平欧杂交榛及平平杂交榛为材料,进行了分离后代相关果实性状测定及分析。结果表明:4个杂交组合中,亲本有S1-5的组合的单果重、果仁重及出仁率均高于或接近亲中值,其中S1-5×6-34-1组合的果实性状最出色,说明母本对杂种后代果实性状的影响大于父本。聚类分析结果表明,基于单果重、果仁重和出仁率可将参试品种分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ两大类群以及4个亚类群,在单果重和果仁重方面均呈Ⅰ低、Ⅱ高的分布。第Ⅰ大类群包含41个杂交后代和亲本,Ⅰ-1类群的单果重和果仁重偏低,包括57-23、50-27等21个品种;Ⅰ-2类群的单果重和果仁重较高,包括55-28、50-28等20个品种。第Ⅱ大类群包括2个亚类群(Ⅱ-1、Ⅱ-2)共包含8个品种,其中,Ⅱ-2类群的单果重和果仁重最高,只包括57-24一个品种;Ⅱ-1类群的单果重和果仁重次高,包括9-2、11-6等7个品种。对于出仁率,由大到小的排列顺序为:Ⅰ-2>Ⅱ-1>Ⅰ-1>Ⅱ-2。并根据果实的相关性状初步筛选出11株优良单株,作为进一步鉴定抗寒性及丰产性的材料。4 Combinations of 46 lines of C.heterophylla × C. heterophylla × C. avellana hazelnut and C.heterophylla × C.heterophylla as materials in this experiment, fruit-related characters were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the singlefruit weight, kernel weight and yield rate of parents with S1-5 were higher than or close to the mean value.The fruit characters of theS1-5x 6-34-1 combination were the most outstanding, which indicated that the influence of the mother on the fruit characters ofhybrid offspring was greater than that of the father.Cluster analysis results show that based on fruit weight、 kernel weight and kernelpercent, testing varieties can be divided intoⅠ、Ⅱ groups and4 sub-groups, in aspects of fruit weight and kernel weight presenttrend ofⅠlow and Ⅱhigh.TheⅠgroup containing 41 offsprings and parents, Ⅰ-1 is lower on fruit weight and kernel weight, involved21 spieces including 57-23、 50-27;Ⅰ-2 is higher on fruit weight and kernel weight, involves 20 speices including 55-28、 50-28.The Ⅱ groups including 2 sub-groups (Ⅱ-1,Ⅱ-2)containing 8 spieces, Fruit weight and kernel weight of Ⅱ-2 is supreme,including only 57-24; Ⅱ-1 is next, involves 7 spieces including 9-2、 11-6.For kernel percent, the order from small to big: Ⅰ-2〉Ⅱ-1〉Ⅰ-1〉Ⅱ-2.Excellent individuals were preliminarily selected for further identification of cold resistance and high yield.
