不同稀释粉对猪精液保存效果的影响

摘　　要：为探讨不同精液稀释液在常温状态下保存猪精液的效果,试验选用4种市场上常见的猪长效精液稀释粉,并在17℃下保存。于0、24、48、72、96及120 h检测精子活力、直线速度及活率等指标。结果表明,所选的稀释液均对猪的精液具有较好的保存效果。在0～120 h的精液保存中,2号稀释液对猪精液的保存效果最佳,其精子存活时间较长、活率较高、活力较好且效果较稳定,利于生产应用。To study the effect of different semen dilutions on the preservation of pig semen at room temperature,four common semen dilutions powder were selected to store at 17℃.The sperm motility,linear velocity and viability were measured at 0 h,24 h,48 h,72 h, 96 h and 120 h.The results showed that the dilutions had better preservation effect on pig semen. During the preservation from 0 h to 120 h,the effect of No.2 dilution was the best.The sperm motility including sperm survival time and linear velocity was better than other treatments,the preserving effect was more stable.These good results were beneficial to the application in production.
