摘 要:为了解羌族人群的肥胖状况并且建立不同肥胖指标与内脏脂肪等级的关系,采用人体测量方法与生物电阻抗法对843例(男性409例,女性434例)四川羌族成人进行9项身体指标的测量,包括身高、体质量、腰围、臀围、髂前上棘皮褶、髂嵴上皮褶、体脂率、BMI和内脏脂肪等级.运用ROC曲线与Pearson相关分析方法对内脏脂肪等级与肥胖指标关系进行分析,并建立肥胖指标与内脏脂肪等级的logistic方程.结果表明,羌族男性平均体脂率虽属于正常水平,但内脏脂肪等级超标;羌族女性平均体脂率超标,但内脏脂肪等级正常.腰围、臀围等6项指标的ROC曲线下面积均大于0.7,表明这些指标均可用于对羌族内脏脂肪等级的预测,其中,体脂率、腰围和BMI的准确性较高.相关分析结果表明,羌族成人的腰围、臀围、髂嵴上皮褶、髂前上棘皮褶、体脂率及BMI与内脏脂肪等级之间均为正相关.To analyze the obesity of Qiang adults and find the relationship between visceral fat level and different obese indices in Qiang,nine body composition indexes of 843 Sichuan Qiang adults(409 males,434 females)were investigated based on anthropometric methods and bioelectronic impedance analysis,including stature,body mass,circumference of waist and hip,skinfold of suprailiac and anterior superior sine,percentage body fat,body mass index and visceral fat lev-el. ROC curve and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted on the analysis of relationship between obese indices and visceral fat level. Besides,logistic equation of obese indexes and visceral fat level were constructed. The results showed that percentage body fat of Qiang male belongs to normal level while the visceral fat level is exceeding. Percentage body fat is exceeding in Qiang female,while the visceral fat level is moderate. Areas under the curve of all six obese indexes are bigger than 0.7 which means that the prediction of visceral fat level based on the fat indices is accurate. In the six obese indexes,percentage body fat,waist circumference and body mass index have higher accuracy. Correlation analysis shows that cir-cumference of waist and hip,skinfold of suprailiac and anterior superior sine,percentage body fat,body mass index have positive correlation with visceral fat level.
