摘  要:杭州湾新区滨海四路跨陆中湾江桥梁采用V形墩连续刚构桥的结构形式,全桥采用满堂支架法进行施工。在V墩施工过程中,由于V墩根部应力复杂,易产生拉应力造成开裂。提出在V墩中部张拉临时刚钢束以减小或消除V墩根部出现的拉应力,并采用限元软件建立了V墩三维实体单元模型,仿真模拟V墩的施工过程,对比分析临时束张拉前后的墩部应力,通过实测数据验证该方法的实用性,为以后同类型桥梁施工提供参考。The structural style of V-shaped pier continuous rigid-frame bridge is used for Binhai Road IV Crossing Luzhongwan River Bridge of Hangzhou Bay New Area. The whole bridge is constructed by the full-framing method. In the V-pier construction process, it is easy to produce the tensile stress to cause the cracking because of the complex stress at the V-pier root. It is proposed to tension the temporary rigid steel cables at the middle of V-pier to decrease or eliminate the tensile stress appearing at the V-pier root. The finite element software is used to establish the V-pier 3 D solid element model to simulate the V-pier construction process, and compare and analyze the pier stresses before and after the tension of temporary steel cables. The practicability of this method is validated by the measured data in order to provide the reference for the construction of the similar bridges in the future.
