摘 要:对传统频率选择表面的技术现状、设计原理进行系统分析,在此基础上提出织物基频率选择表面的设计方法、加工技术.借助于电磁仿真软件进行初步设计,利用电脑刻绘机切割实验制备样品,通过测试分析电磁传输特性,进一步优化设计.利用导电浆料印花、导电纱线绣花、激光雕刻、烫金纸转印等加工技术,在织物基体上制备周期导电单元.针对雷达波频段进行窄频化传输设计,得到导电单元的尺寸参数,制备相应的样品并实测分析.测试结果表明,各样品均具有优异的窄频化透波性能,如10GHz十字形单元样品的-3dB带宽仅为1.66GHz,优于现有文献结果.Based on the systematic analysis of the technical status and design principle of the traditional frequency selective surface, the design method and processing technology of the fabric-based frequency selective surface are proposed. Preliminary design is performed by means of electromagnetic simulation software, and also the samples are prepared through computer-based carving experiment, and then the electromagnetic transmission characteristics are tested and analyzed, and the design proposal could be further optimized. The periodic conductive units are prepared on the surface of fabrics by using the conductive pulp printing, conductive yarn embroidery, laser engraving, and gilding paper transprinting technique. The narrow-band transmission design is conducted specific to the radar frequency band, and the dimension parameters of the conductive unit are obtained, and then the corresponding samples are prepared, measured and analyzed. Each sample has excellent narrow-frequency transmission performance, for example, the -3dB bandwidth of the 10 GHz cross-shaped unit sample is only 1.66 GHz, which is superior to the available literature results.
