摘 要:山羊绒纤维在粗纺纺纱加工之前通常采用染色山羊绒纤维加和毛油,本文分析常规染色及加和毛油对山羊绒纤维性能产生的影响.首先,分别对山羊绒纤维进行浅色、中色和深色染色,比较染色前后以及染色后加和毛油的山羊绒纤维性能.然后,采用相应的测试方法,分别测试山羊绒纤维直径、纤维质量比电阻、拉伸性能、摩擦性能以及纤维表面形态结构.结果显示,染色山羊绒纤维的平均直径增大,染色纤维加和毛油后,其直径进一步增大;染色纤维的强力减小,且染深色纤维的强力下降最大;和毛加油后,染色纤维的质量比电阻显著降低.Cashmere fibers was dyed and adding bending-oil before woolen spinning, the effect of conventional dyeing of cashmere fibers and adding bending-oil on the fiber properties were investigated. Firstly,light color, medium color and dark color were dyed respectively for cashmere fibers, the properties of cashmere fibers, dyed cashmere fibers and adding blending-oil to dyed cashmere fiber were compared. Then,using related testing methods, the diameter, mass specific resistance, tensile property, friction property and surface morphology of the fibers were tested. Experimental results show that the dyed fiber diameter increased, the dyed fiber diameter after blending-oil further increased. The strength of the dyed fibers decreased, especially dyed dark fibers strength decreased markedly. After blending-oil suppling, the mass specific resistance of the dyed fibers decreased dramatically.
