摘　　要：涤纶针刺滤料需要经过热处理工艺才能保证产品的热稳定性和尺寸稳定性。不同的工艺对产品造成不同的影响,诸如产品的热缩指标、厚度、表观质量等都有影响。明确涤纶滤料热定型的原理和意义才能更利于工艺的调整。Polyester needle-punched filter material needs to undergo heat treatment to ensure the thermal stability and dimensional stability of the product. Different processes have different effects on the product, such as heat shrinkage index, thickness, and apparent quality of the product. It is clear that the principle and significance of the heat setting of polyester filter materials can be more conducive to the adjustment of the process.
