摘  要:纺织品有害物质检测中有众多的目标检测物,针对不同的目标物质的理化特性存在各种各样的检测方法。在纺织品检测实验室开展新检测项目的扩项及应用时,对标准的透彻理解和深入研究是提高检测效率和检测准确性是十分必要的。在实验室内,每个检测项目的开展都需要很长的研究时间来保证实验结果的稳定性和准确性。在未完成研究之前,如果有相关的实验室比对任务,实验室会承担巨大的压力。部分检测试验由于涉及的设备和过程复杂,标准的理解难度大,对实验人员的检测水平要求过高,相应的会增加研究周期。通过Minitab软件的实验设计功能可以很轻松的透彻理解标准,确定试验关键点。用软件进行有统筹有计划的高效率分析替代无统筹无计划的人工积累数据分析可以节省大量的人力物力,有助于新检测标准的开展和实施。There are many detection objects in the detection of harmful substances in textiles, and there are various testing methods for the physical and chemical properties of different target materials. In the textile inspection laboratory, the thorough understanding and in-depth study of standards is necessary for improving the detection efficiency and accuracy. The development of each test project in the laboratory requires a long study time to ensure the stability and accuracy of the experimental results. Before the completion of the study, if there is a relative comparison test, the laboratory will bear huge pressure. Due to the complexity of the equipment and process involved in some tests, it is very difficult to understand the standard. The testing level of laboratory personnel is too high, which will increase the research cycle accordingly. The DOE function of Minitab software can easily understand the standard and determine the key point of the test. Using software to carry out overall plan and efficient analysis instead of uncoordinated and unplanned artificial accumulation of data analysis can save a lot of manpower and material resources, and contribute to the development and implementation of new testing standards.
