摘　　要：目的观察重心重塑训练对脑卒中伴Pusher综合征患者平衡及行走功能的影响。方法选取2017年8月～2018年4月西安中医脑病医院康复科治疗的脑卒中伴倾斜综合征患者20例为观察对象,给予重心重塑训练,疗程为1月,治疗前后使用Burke倾斜量表、berg平衡量表、Holden步行能力分级评估患者平衡及行走功能的变化。结果治疗前倾斜量表和berg平衡量表平均评分分别为(7.73±2.31)分、(13.45±8.72)分,Holden步行能力分级4级及以上为6例;疗程结束时, BLS和BBS平均评分为(3.67±1.34)分、(37.67±9.34)分,FAC4级及以上为13例,治疗后优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重心重塑训练对脑卒中Pusher综合征患者平衡能力、步行能力均有显著疗效。Objective To observe the effect of center of gravity remodeling training on balance and walking function in patients with stroke and Pusher syndrome.Methods From August 2017 to April 2018,20 patients with stroke and tilt syndrome treated by the rehabilitation department of Xi＇an Traditional Chinese Medicine Encephalopathy Hospital were selected as subjects.The center of gravity remodeling training was given for 1 month.Before and after treatment,the Burke tilt scale,the berg balance scale,and the Holden walking ability grading were used to assess changes in patient balance and walking function.Results The average scores of the pre-treatment tilt scale and the berg balance scale were（7.73±2.31）and（13.45±8.72）,respectively.There were 6 cases of Holden walking ability grade 4 and above.At the end of treatment,the average scores of BLS and BBS were（3.67±1.34）points,（37.67±9.34）points,and 13 cases of FAC level 4 and above.After treatment,it was better than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Center of gravity remodeling training has significant effects on balance and walking ability in stroke patients with Pusher syndrome.
