摘  要:目的验证2018年5月1日开始实施的工作场所空气中锶及其化合物测定的标准方法在笔者所在检测机构的适宜性。方法采用火焰原子吸收法测定相关指标,测定锶标准曲线。对模拟样做加标实验、精密度试验、检出限测定。结果锶标准曲线相关系数r=0.9994,回收率97.00%~99.70%,精密度RSD%0.14%~0.84%,方法检出限为0.077μg/ml。结论笔者所在检测机构实验条件和测试结果都能满足国家标准的要求,该检验可由本机构严格按照国家标准开展锶及其化合物的检测工作。Objective To verify the suitability of the standard method for the determination of strontium and its compounds in the workplace air, which began on May 1,2018,at the testing facility where the author is located.Methods The related indexes were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and the strontium standard curve was determined.The standard addition experiment,precision test and detection limit were done for the simulated sample.Results The correlation coefficient of standard curve of strontium r=0.9994,the recovery rate is 97.00%~99.70%,and the detection limit of precision RSD%0.14%~0.84%,the method detection limit was 0.077μg/ml.Conclusion The experimental conditions and test results of the testing institution can meet the requirements of the national standard,and the detection of strontium and its compounds can be carried out strictly in accordance with the national standard.
