摘　　要：在回顾我国农村转移人口市民化进程中角色转换研究现状的基础上,根据指标体系设计原则,首先从非制度性因素视角遴选出影响农村转移人口市民化角色转换的主要影响因素;根据指标体系构建原则建立起相应的层次分析模型;进一步依据层次分析法对各因素进行解释和分析,所得结论可为促进农村转移人口角色顺利转换提供相关决策参考。The present situation on the role transition of rural migrant population is analyzed. From the perspective of non institutional factor, the evaluation index for the role transition of rural migrant population is singled out based on index system design principle, and then the homologous hierarchy analysis model is developed. The major effect factors are explained and analyzed with the help of the constructed model, then COlTesponding suggestions that put forward can be used for decision -making reference for the government.
