摘 要:随着无限流量套餐的推出,中国电信手机用户数量剧增,逐渐地,一些4G网络优化问题也随之浮现,其中切换问题对业务的影响尤为明显。从数据、Vo LTE语音两种业务场景下的策略商用部署出发,阐述了4G网络覆盖现状、切换基本原理和切换策略的研究分析,总结出基于覆盖的分层切换和基于业务的切换两套改善策略方案。根据试点验证和现网覆盖情况,基于覆盖的分层切换策略目前已在本地网中应用。With the launch of unlimited traffic package, the number of mobile phone users for China Telecom dramatically increases. As a result, some 4G network optimization problems have emerged including the handover problem that has a great impact on services. Considering the strategic commercial deployment in two service scenarios of data and VoLTE, the coverage status, basic handover principle and handover strategy are elaborated. Two sets of improved solutions including the hierarchical handover strategy based on coverage and the handover strategy based on services are summarized and verified. According to the pilot verification and coverage situation in existing networks, the hierarchical handover strategy based on coverage has already been applied to local wireless networks.
