摘　　要：产科是临床上较大的科室,随着人们健康观念的增强,产科护理工作难度显著提升。优质的护理能够促进产科护理产生较好的效果,但不可避免的是在产科护理中经常会产生一些问题,护理风险的发生对患者是十分不利的。本研究主要是对产科护理中的常见护理问题进行全面分析,不断建立健全科室的管理制度,及时发现问题及时解决。有些护理风险是潜在的,对此也要进行综合地分析,严格统计护理缺陷的发生率和护理投诉率。研究显示,实施护理风险管理措施之后,科室内的护理缺陷发生率与护理投诉率均显著降低了。总之,在产科护理中实施风险管理法,不断提升护理效果,可确保对患者的护理安全性。Obstetrics is a clinically large department, with the increase of people’s health concept, obstetric nursing work is significantly more difficult. High quality nursing can promote the better effect of obstetric nursing, but it is inevitable that some problems often occur in obstetric care, and the occurrence of nursing risk is very bad for the patients. This study is mainly to analyze the common nursing problems in obstetric nursing, to establish and improve the management system of the Department, and to find out the problems in time. Some nursing risks are potential, and a comprehensive analysis should be carried out. The incidence of nursing defects and the rate of nursing complaints are strictly counted. The study shows that after the implementation of nursing risk management measures, the incidence of nursing defects in the Department and the rate of nursing complaints are significantly reduced. In short, the implementation of risk management in obstetric care has improved the nursing effect and ensured the safety of patients.
