摘　　要：目的探讨蒙医药棒穴位按压疗法的临床疗效。方法选择500例腰椎间盘突出症患者,诊断标准参照《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中的腰椎间盘突出症的诊断标准,应用蒙医药棒穴位按压疗法对其治疗,观察临床效果。结果治愈397例,占79.4%;显效65例,占13.0%;有效23例,占4.6%,无效15例,占3.0%,总有效率97.0%。结论蒙医药棒穴位按压疗法是根据蒙医三根学的原理上结合临床经验结合药物的作用下,进一步的创新型蒙医药棒穴位按压疗法。临床证明安全有效,值得在临床中应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint compression therapy in Mongolian medicine and medicine. Methods 500 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected, and the diagnostic standard was referred to the diagnostic standard of ＂TCM disease diagnosis effect standard＂, and the clinical effect was observed by applying Mongolian medicine stick acupoint pressing therapy. Results 397 cases were cured, accounting for 79.4%; 65 cases were effective, accounting for 13.0%; 23 cases were effective, accounting for 4.6%, 15 cases were invalid, accounting for 3.0%, and the total effective rate was 97.0%. Conclusion The acupuncture point compression therapy of Mongolian medicine is based on The principle of Mongolian Medicine Three Roots combines clinical experience with the effects of drugs, and further innovations of the Mongolian medicine stick acupressure therapy. Clinically proven safe and effective, it is worthy of clinical application.
