双J管内引流在妊娠合并输尿管结石的临床应用

摘　　要：目的总结妊娠合并输尿管结石的临床特点和治疗方法。方法选择2010年7月至2017年5月的40例妊娠合并输尿管结石患者进行临床资料分析。结合文献资料分析和讨论妊娠合并输尿管结石的特征及治疗。结果40例患者行膀胱镜下双J管置人术，疼痛明显缓解，肾积水不同程度缓解。孕妇均顺利度过妊娠期并安全分娩，婴儿无畸形。结论膀胱镜下双J管置入是治疗妊娠合并输尿管结石的良好方法，能迅速缓解疼痛，有效保护肾脏功能，值得临床推广。Objective To summarize the clinic features, diagnosis and treatment of patients with ureter stones during pregnancy. Methods From July 2010 to May 2017, 40 patients during pregnancy with ureter stones were treatment and their clinical data were systematically analyzed. Ima- ging diagnosis and therapy for the patients with ureter stones during pregnancy were all discussed and relevant literatures were reviewed. Results All patients were treated with cystoscope-assisted insertion of double-J stents, and the pain in all cases was relieved, hydronephrosis was resolved in different degrees. Pregnant women passed successfully pregnancy, and the babies were without malformation. Conclusions Cystoscope - assisted insertion of double-J stents is an effective and safe method for pregnancy with ureter stones, relieves the pain quickly, is effective to protect the function of renal. It＇s worth to clinical practice widely.
