显微镜下精索静脉结扎术治疗男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较男性不育伴精索静脉曲张患者在不同发病时间行显微外科手术治疗后的疗效。方法选取2015年11月至2016年8月在本院收治精索静脉曲张性不育症患者89例，根据精索静脉曲张病史分为两组，发病时间在一年内患者42例为A组，发病时间在3年以上患者47例为B组。比较术前、术后第6、12个月精液的质量。结果术后两组患者精子的密度和活力（a＋b级）及DNA碎片均较术前有明显改善，A组的改善率明显高于B组。结论显微镜下精索静脉结扎术是治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症的有效方法，病史越短疗效越好，术后一年精子质量明显改善。Objective To compare the curative effect of the male infertility with varicocele pa- tients in different onset time for microsurgery after treatment. Methods The study included 89 infertility patients with varicocele were divided into two groups, the history was less than one year （group A,42 cases）, the history was more than three years （group B,47 cases）. Results The sperm density and vitality （ a ＋ b grade） and DNA fragments in the two groups were significantly better than those before surgery, and the improvement rate of the group A was significantly higher than that in the group B. Conclusions Microsurgery is an effective method to treat the male infertility with varicocele. The shorter the history is, the better the quality of sperm is. Microsurgery is an effective method to treat male infertility patients with varicocele. Sperm quality is significantly improved one year after surgery.
