摘　　要：职业病诊断工作既是帮助劳动者及时发现职业健康损害、及时预防和治疗职业病等职业病预防的范畴,还是患有职业病的劳动者按照我国的《工伤保险条例》规定享受工伤待遇和获得工伤赔偿的关键要素。Occupational disease diagnosis belongs to category of timely finding occupational health damage, prevention and treatment of workers, which is a key factor for suffering workers to have industrial injury treatment and industrial injuries compensation according to industrial injury insurance regulations of China. Helping to or the key factor for workers from occupational diseases.
