摘　　要：进入21世纪后,有很多家庭出现了空巢老人的问题,即很多家庭都成了无子女陪伴生活,只剩老人独居生活的家庭,空巢家庭呈上升趋势,空巢家庭越来越多,空巢老人问题日益突出,这些问题和现状也受到了国家各个层面广泛重视,关爱老人的心理健康问题,重视满足空巢老人的护理需求,关心提高空巢老人们的生活质量,对社会的和谐发展具有重要的意义。After entering twenty-first century, many families have appeared problem of empty nested elderly, that is, many families have been living in childless companionship, the elderly live alone, empty-nested families shows a rising tendency, with more empty nested families, empty nested elderly becomes a increasingly prominent problem, which attracts extensive attention of various levels of the country. It is of great importance for harmonious development of society to take care of psychological health of elderly, pay attention to their nursing needs, improve their life quality.
