医护技一体化模式在康复病房中的应用体会

摘　　要：探讨医护技一体化模式在康复病房中应用体会。通过医、护、技同步首诊制,护士首提护理级别,晨会一体化交接,随医查房同步参与诊疗,延伸护理,格式化电话回访,和脐带式家访等形式在康复科实施医护技一体化工作模式。实施医、护、技一体化模式后,强化医、护、技合作,提高工作效率和病人满意度。三位一体合作能积极促进医、护、技凝聚力和进一步提升医、护、技专业水平,提高患者信任度和康复治疗质量,促进患者快速康复。To explore application experience of integration of doctor, nurse and technician in rehabilitation ward. Based on synchronous first consultation system of doctor, nurse and technician, nurses firstly proposes nursing level, carry on integrated handover in morning meeting, make rounds of wards with doctors and participate diagnosis and treatment for extensive nursing, pay a return visit with formatted calls and umbilical cord home visit, and implement integrated work mode of doctor, nurse and technician, which can strengthen cooperation between doctors, nurses and technicians, increase work efficiency and patient＇s satisfaction degree. The trinity cooperation can promote cohesion of doctors, nurses and technicians actively and enhance professional level of doctors, nurses and technicians further, increase patient＇s confidence and quality of rehabilitation treatment, and promote fast recovery of patients.
