复合中药提取液对雄激素源性脱发影响的研究及应用

摘　　要：目的分析复合中药提取液对雄激素源性脱发的影响。方法抽取我单位合作医院于2016年2月至2017年11月收治的64例雄激素源性脱发患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法的不同,分为对照组和观察组。两组分别采取常规西药外用治疗、复合中药提取液治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率、治疗安全性及治疗后生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合中药提取液用于雄激素源性脱发治疗,疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective to analyze effect of compound Chinese medicine extract on androgenic alopecia. Methods choose 64 cases androgenic alopecia patients admitted to our cooperative hospital from February 2016 to November 2017 as study objects. According to different treatment methods, divide them into control and observation group. Treat two groups with routine western medicine and compound Chinese medicine extract respectively. Results total effective rate, treatment safety and life quality after treatment of observation group was better than control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion compound Chinese medicine extract has significant effect and high safety in treatment of androgenic alopecia.
