慢性萎缩性胆囊炎病患实施腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜与传统开腹手术治疗慢性萎缩性胆囊炎的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的88例慢性萎缩性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予传统开腹手术,观察组给予腹腔镜手术。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良情况发生率、止痛药物使用率均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性萎缩性胆囊炎患者的临床治疗中,腹腔镜手术方式效果为优越。Objective to analyze clinical effect of laparoscope and traditional laparotomy in treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis. Methods choose 88 cases chronic atrophic cholecystitis patients treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 as research objects. Divide them into control and observation group. Control group was treated with traditional laparotomy, and observation group with laparoscopy. Results operation time, bleeding amount, recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time of observation group was all lower than control group, difference was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）, adverse reactions incidence, analgesic drug application rate of observation group was lower than control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion laparoscopic surgery has better effect in treatment of chronic atrophic cholecystitis patients.
