摘  要:目的探究护士进阶管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用及效果评价。方法选取本院神经内科的医护人员和住院患者作为研究对象,在其管理过程中予以分层设置、培训、分组排班及考核等,采用护理服务质量管理量表、明尼苏达满意度问卷短式量表进行满意度调查。结果施行后,护士的内在满意度、外在满意度及一般满意度均显著高于施行前(P<0.05);患者对病区管理、护士形象、服务态度、护理能力及健康教育方面的满意度均显著高于施行前(P<0.05)。结论护士分层进阶管理在神经内科护理管理中,不仅可以帮助护理人员明确职责,提高工作积极性,还可提高护士、患者的双满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of nurses’ advanced management in neurological care management and its effect evaluation. Methods The medical staff and hospitalized patients in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the research objects. During the management process, the patients were layered, trained, grouped, and evaluated. The nursing service quality management scale and the Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire were used. The table conducts satisfaction surveys. Results After the implementation, the nurses’ internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and general satisfaction were significantly higher than before the implementation(P〈 0.05); the patient’s ward management, nurse image, service attitude, nursing ability and health education Satisfaction was significantly higher than before implementation(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management of nurses in neurological care management can not only help nurses clarify their responsibilities, increase their enthusiasm for work, but also increase the degree of double satisfaction of nurses. It is worth promoting.
