摘　　要：近年来痛风的发病率逐年递增,中医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的优势愈加突出,受到人们的广泛关注。本文通过查阅近几年的文献,从中医药的内服、外治、内外合治等方面论述中医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效,相比西医具有副反应小的明显优势,值得临床广泛应用。In recent years, the incidence of gout increases year by year. The superiority of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis is more and more prominent. Through consulting the literature of recent years, the clinical efficacy of TCM in treating acute gouty arthritis is discussed from the aspects of internal, external treatment and internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Compared with western medicine, it has the obvious advantages of minor side effects and is worthy of clinical application.
