强化护士长的风险管理意识对医院安全管理的影响研究

摘　　要：目的对于医院安全管理中强化护士长的风险管理意识的实际效果进行研究分析。方法选择2016年1月至2017年12月作为研究时间段,将2016年1月至2016年12月作为对照组,在此时间段未强化护士长的风险管理意识。将2017年1月至2017年12月作为观察组,在此时间段对护士长的风险管理意识进行强化,对比两时间段的安全事件出现率以及上报率。结果在进行护士长风险管理意识强化后的安全事件出现率低于强化前,同时上报率高于强化前。结论对护士长的风险管理意识进行强化,能够有效地提高医院的安全管理,具有显著的效果,值得推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the practical effects of strengthening the head nurse＇s risk management consciousness in hospital safety management. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, the study period was selected. From January 2016 to December 2016, the control group was used. During this time period, the risk management awareness of the head nurses was not strengthened. From January 2017 to December 2017 as an observation group, this period of time strengthened the head nurse＇s awareness of risk management and compared the rate of occurrence of security incidents and the reporting rate between the two periods. Results The occurrence of safety incidents after the strengthening of the nurse manager＇s awareness of risk management was lower than that before reinforcement, and the reporting rate was higher than before the reinforcement. Conclusion The strengthening of the head nurse＇s awareness of risk management can effectively improve the hospital＇s safety management, has significant results, and is worthy of promotion and application.
