摘 要:目的研究分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在临床中应用不同雾化吸入疗法的临床治疗成效。方法随机抽选2015年1月至2017年12月我院成功收治的160例慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者,根据不同雾化吸入疗法分为X与Y组,每组为80例。X组(n=80)应用氧气雾化吸入法;Y组(n=80)应用超声雾化吸入法。将2组的治疗成效、肺功能指标进行分析与比较。结果 X组的治疗成效比Y组更好(P<0.05);相比于Y组,X组的Sp O_2、Pa CO_2、Pa O_2、FEV_1、PEF指标变化情况得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者在临床中应用氧气雾化吸入疗法,成效可观,比超声雾化吸入法更具有代表性,可改善患者各项临床症状,医疗价值高。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of different nebulization and inhalation therapies in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 160 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly selected and divided into group X and Y according to different nebulization and inhalation therapy, each group was divided into 80 example. Group X (n=80) applied oxygen atomization inhalation; Group Y (n=80) applied ultrasonic atomization inhalation. The two groups of treatment efficacy and lung function were analyzed and compared. Results The efficacy of treatment in group X was better than that in group Y (P〈0.05). Compared with group Y, the changes of indexes of SpOt, PaCO2, Pao2, FEV1, and PEF in group X were significantly improved (P〈0.05). Conclusion Oxygen inhalation therapy in clinical practice for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), the efficacy was considerable. It was more representative than the ultrasonic atomization inhalation method. It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and has high medical value.
