活血止痛胶囊联合骨肽治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床有效率分析

摘　　要：目的探究膝骨性关节炎患者接受活血止痛胶囊与骨肽联合治疗的价值。方法选取膝骨性关节炎患者60例,时间选取为2016年1月-2017年5月,以计算机随机化法分组,其中对照组接受关节腔内骨肽注射治疗,实验组则接受骨肽与活血止痛胶囊联合治疗,对比2组膝骨性关节炎患者治疗结果的差异。结果实验组膝骨性关节炎患者治疗的总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(73.33),P<0.05;2组不良反应发生情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者接受活血止痛胶囊与骨肽联合治疗,疗效较好。Objective To explore the value of Huoxue Zhitong Capsule combined with ossein in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 60 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected, the time was selected in January 2016 -May 2017, the patients were grouped by computer randomization, the control group received intra-articular injection of bone peptide, and the experimental group received the combined treatment of bone peptide and Huoxue Zhitong Capsule, compared the difference of the treatment results between the 2 groups of knee osteoarthritis patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group of knee osteoarthritis （93.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （73.33%）, P〈0.05; and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Knee osteoarthritis patients received Huoxue Zhitong Capsule combined with bone peptide, the curative effect is better.
