摘　　要：目的探讨纳络酮治疗休克的临床疗效以及应用价值。方法选取2017年4月至2018年3月我院220例各类休克患者。采用随机数字表法均分为两组。110例休克患者应用纳洛酮注射剂治疗作为观察组。另110例休克患者应用常规手段非纳洛酮注射剂治疗作为对照组。比较两组患者的治愈率。结果观察组患者治愈率显著优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮注射剂应用于治疗休克具有显著优势,可进一步提高治疗各类休克的抢救效果,可给医院带来良好的社会效益和经济效益,值得推广与借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of naloxone in the treatment of shock. Methods 220 cases of shock patients in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected. The random number table was used to divide into two groups. 110 patients with shock were treated with naloxone injection as the observation group. Another 110 patients with shock were treated with conventional naloxone injection as control group. Compare the cure rate of the two groups of patients. Results The cure rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of naloxone injection in the treatment of shock has significant advantages, which can further improve the treatment effect of various types of shock and bring good social and economic benefits to the hospital. Worth to promote and learn from.
