摘　　要：目的对全程无缝隙护理模式在危重创伤急救患者中的应用效果进行探讨。方法取80例危重创伤急救患者参与此次研究,患者均于2017年1月至2018年1月份入院进行治疗。随机均等分组,对照组实施常规护理,共40例;实验组实施全程无缝隙护理,共40例。观察两组患者的干预情况,记录和比较患者手术情况以及护理满意度。结果实验组的手术时间、住院时间较短,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的护理满意度较高,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对危重创伤急救患者实施全程无缝隙护理模式,可提高患者的手术治疗效率,提高手术安全性。Objective To investigate the application effect of seam Less nursing mode in emergency patients with critical trauma.Methods 80 emergency patients with critical trauma were enrolled in the study.All patients were admitted to hospital for treatment from January 2017 to January 2018.Random Ly divided into equal groups,the control group to implement routine care,a total of 40 patients;the experimental group to implement the entire process of seam Less care,a total of 40 patients.Observe the intervention of the two groups of patients,record and compare the patient＇s surgery and nursing satisfaction.Results The operative time and length of stay in the experimental group were shorter.The data obtained was statistically significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher,and the data obtained was P0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of the wholecourse seam Less nursing mode in emergency patients with critical trauma can improve the efficiency of surgical treatment and improve the safety of surgery.
