摘　　要：目的探讨计划生育门诊无痛手术的护理要点。方法随机抽取我院生育门诊在2012年5月至2014年5月施行无痛手术的120例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组,分别命名为对照组和观察组,每组随机分配患者60例。对照组给予常规的护理策略;观察组给予综合护理的方法,对比两组患者对于护理效果和护理过程的满意度,总结分析计划生育门诊无痛手术护理要点。结果观察组患者的护理满意度达96.7%,对照组患者的护理满意度达60.0%,观察组患者的满意度要明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于计划生育门诊无痛手术患者,给予其有效、迅速、精心的无痛手术护理,能够提高临床治愈率,推动患者快速健康恢复,疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the nursing points of painless operation in family planning clinic.Methods The birth clinic of our hospital was random Ly selected.The clinical data of 120 patients undergoing painless surgery in May 2012 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.They were random Ly divided into two groups,named the control group and the observation group,60 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing strategy,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.2 groups of patients were compared with the satisfaction degree of nursing effect and nursing process,and the key points of painless operation nursing in family planning clinic were summarized and analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 96.7%,and the satisfaction of the control group was 60.0%.The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The effective,rapid and meticulous painless operation care for the patients with no pain surgery in the family planning clinic can improve the clinical cure rate,promote the patient＇s rapid and healthy recovery,and the curative effect is satisfactory.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
