围手术期处理对老年人阑尾炎术后疗效的影响分析

摘　　要：目的将围手术处理用于老年阑尾炎患者中,分析其对患者术后疗效影响。方法对我院收治的35例老年阑尾炎患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均实施围手术期处理,观察对患者术后疗效的影响。结果本组患者经围手术期处理后,全愈35例,总有效率为100.0%。患者术后出现水电解质紊乱1例,术后炎性不全梗阻1例,切口感染2例,并发症率为11.43%,经对症治疗后现已基本消失。结论在实施手术时应注意,缩短手术操作时间,术中与麻醉师密切配合,保证其生命体征平稳。对老年阑尾炎患者加强围手术期处理意义重大,可减少术后并发症,改善预后,值得临床应用。Objective To apply perioperative management in elderly patients with appendicitis and analyze its effect on postoperative efficacy.Methods The clinical data of 35 elderly patients with appendicitis admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent perioperative treatment and the effect on postoperative efficacy was observed.Results After perioperative treatment,35 patients in this group recovered completely,with a total effective rate of 100.0%.The postoperative hydroelectrolyte disturbance occurred in 1 patient,One case of postoperative inflammatory incomplete obstruction,incision infection in 2 patients,and the complication rate was 11.43%.After symptomatic treatment,it has basically disappeared.Conclusion Attention should be paid to shorten the operation time during the operation,and keep close cooperation with the anesthesiologist during the operation to ensure the stable vital signs.It is of great significance to strengthen perioperative management in elderly patients with appendicitis,which can reduce postoperative complications and improve prognosis,and is worthy of clinical application.
