摘  要:采用低温蒸干酸化处理样品,通过ICP-MS测定保健酒样品中6种重金属元素,以建立用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)同时检测保健酒中铅、锰、砷、铬、镉、汞6种重金属元素的方法。结果表明,各元素在标准曲线范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9996到0.9999之间;检出限较低;相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4.0%;三个不同水平加标回收率在98%~105%之间。5种保健酒样中的6种金属含量各不相同,但均在允许范围内。该方法操作简便,能同时测定保健酒中的多种金属元素,结果快速、准确,可用于保健酒产品的质量控制和分析。The samples were evaporated by electric hot plate and then dissolved by nitric acid and perchloric acid. The study was to determine the contents of six heavy metals (Pb, Mn, As, Cr, Cd, Hg) by ICP-MS simultaneously in Chinese functional wine by ICP-MS. The Results fitted the linear curve well, with the correlation coefficients between 0.9996 and 0.9999. The detection limit was low; the relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 4.0%; the recoveries of three different concentrations were in the range of 98% to 105%. The heavy metal contents in samples #1 to #5 were different but all met the state standards. The method had the advantages of simple operation, accurate results and simultaneous detection and it can be applied in quantitative analysis of Chinese functional wine.
