不同剂量布比卡因在剖宫产手术腰麻中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究剖宫产手术腰麻中采取不同剂量布比卡因的临床价值。方法 108例剖宫产产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组54例。研究组采取1.8 ml布比卡因表进行腰麻,对照组采取2.5 ml布比卡因进行腰麻,对比两组临床麻醉效果。结果研究组产妇感觉及运动阻滞起效时间均长于对照组,而感觉及运动阻滞恢复时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率5.56%低于对照组的18.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产手术产妇采取1.8 ml布比卡因进行腰麻,效果显著,有助于感觉及运动阻滞恢复,避免产生不良反应,安全性高。Objective To research the clinical value of different doses of Bupivacaine in lumbar anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods A total of 108 parturients with cesarean section were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method, 54 cases in each group. The research group was given 1.8 ml Bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia, the control group was given 2.5 ml Bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia. The clinical anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The onset time of sensory and motor block in the research group were significantly longer than those in the control group, but the recovery time of sensory and motor block were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was 5.56%, which was significantly lower than 18.52% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of lumbar anesthesia with 1.8 ml Bupivacaine for cesarean section patients is remarkable, it is helpful for sensory and motor block recovery, avoid adverse reactions and with high safety.
